Terms and Conditions
Tickets will not be refunded for a change of mind, or if you are unable to attend the Festival. In the unlikely event that the Festival is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, tickets will be refunded. In the unlikely event that the Festival is cancelled, we will refund your tickets.
Photographers will be operating at the Festival, and images taken at the Festival will be used to promote the Jandowae Timbertown Festival, including but not limited to printed materials, television, signage, and social media and online. By entering the Festival grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded as visitors to the Festival and consent to the use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of The Jandowae Timbertown Festival Committee.
All people aged 18 years and over are required to purchase a ticket, and will be given a wristband upon entry to the Festival. Any person over the age of 18 found not wearing a wristband inside the Festival grounds, will be returned to the gate to purchase a ticket. People over the age of 18 without a wristband will not be given service at the Festival.
Attendees must follow all reasonable directions of the Jandowae Timbertown Festival, and any of its Committee Members, volunteers, personnel, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (Event Staff), including but not limited to security, bar and traffic management personnel and directions conveyed on signage at the Event Site, and verbally via loudspeaker or in person, and comply with all applicable laws (including regulations) at all times during the Event (including but not limited to liquor licensing, smoking laws).
The Jandowae Timbertown Festival reserves the right to, and to authorise or instruct Event Staff to, refuse entry or evict any person from the Festival at the discretion of Event Staff, for reasons including but not limited to, attendees engaging in any illegal activity or behaviour or any activity or behaviour deemed in the Promoter’s absolute discretion to be unsafe, disorderly or antisocial, including, but not limited to being intoxicated or affected by alcohol or drugs.
The Jandowae Timbertown Festival Program is provisional and subject to change as necessary without notice. Jandowae Timbertown Festival reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, postpone, relocate or reschedule activities at the discretion of the Committee.
The Jandowae Timbertown Festival Committee does not take responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage however caused, including any negligence, breach of duty, default or omission on the part of the Committee’s staff, volunteers, contractors or agents.
You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Jandowae Timbertown Festival by you or your invitees.
